Tyler, Wilson and Scott are lifelong friends and have now set up APL property services with one goal in mind. To provide a reliable, efficient and professional service to a wide range of clients within the commercial and residential sectors.
With years of experiencing unreliable, untrustworthy and bad workmanship we decided to set up APL property services.
Each bringing our expertise from the air conditioning, electrical and property investment industry we strive to combine all of our knowledge, expertise and vast network into one company.

Scott Anderson
Director
Starting out as an apprentice in the family run company at the age of 16 within the air condition industry. At the age of 20 he succeeded his father in running the company and strategically expanding the business in the residential and commercial industry.
Wilson Parker
Director
Wilson started his career within the corporate industry working within engineering project management. 4 years ago he set up his own property investment company building up by buying, renovating and selling property’s. He also helps clients purchase property’s here in Greater Manchester to maximise returns on their investment.
Tyler Liptrott
Director
Tyler , starting as an electrical apprentice has been working within the electrical industry since leaving school working within both the residential and commercial sector. Growing the company to now be in a postion to project manage all trades on a full property refurbishment Ensuring that deadlines are met and any issues are met with a solution.
Samantha Daniels
Office Secretary
Sam, has an array of experience within different professions mainly within customer relations. Helping improve and develop the customer database Sam is on hand whenever a query is raised to ensure it is met with a swift response.
