Landlord's Property Worsley

The landlord’s property was in disrepair due to the previous tenant.

The landlord could only fund 50% of the work to the property. He contacted APL to explain the situation and see if we could help finish the remaining 50%.

A creative solution was agreed between APL and the property owner allowing us to fund the remaining 50% meaning he could sell the property at the end of the refurbishment.

Our work included finishing the kitchen and bathroom. New landscaping to the front and rear of the property. Decoration throughout and an external clean to the roof and window frames.

The timescale for the works was 6 weeks.
